Alexander represents clients in commercial and trade disputes in various sectors, including real estate, telecom, tourism, medical and maritime. His areas of practice include directors’ liability, shareholder disputes, recognition and enforcement of foreign (arbitral) awards, and he has extensive experience in attachment and enforcement law.
Previously, he worked as a maritime lawyer in Rotterdam, where his practice included transport law, ship arrests and maritime incidents. He also gained experience in (international) insurance law.
